Richmond Villages engaged with us to create a direct marketing campaign aimed at promoting their retirement living villages throughout the UK. The centrepiece of our campaign was the production of a high quality broadsheet-style newspaper, aptly named ‘Your Best Times,’ specifically tailored to engage with the retirement living audience.
This project required seamless co-ordination across multiple teams within our agency, involving PR, creative, and media. The ‘Your Best Times’ newspaper proved to be exceptionally effective, serving as a powerful lead generation tool to drive new inquiries to Richmond Villages’ retirement communities. The newspaper also played a vital role as an internal communications tool, fostering a sense of community amongst existing village residents.
