Turning homes into classrooms.
with David Wilson Homes
We believe that impactful marketing goes beyond traditional strategies and campaigns. It’s about creating meaningful experiences that inspire and educate, especially when it comes to topics like sustainability. That’s why we’re excited to share our recent project with David Wilson Homes, the ‘Insight House,’ a venture that has not only opened doors but young minds as well.
Our journey with the ‘Insight House’ began with a vision to make a difference in the community, working with our valued client David Wilson Homes, a division of Barratt Group, to bring this unique initiative to life. The brief was to create an immersive experience that would captivate young hearts and minds, teaching them about sustainability in an engaging and memorable way.
Located at the Heritage Grange development in Lighthorne Heath, the ‘Insight House’ is not your typical property – it’s a hands-on educational experience designed to empower children with the knowledge and inspiration to make a positive impact on the environment. We worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail of the ‘Insight House’ would convey the importance of sustainability.

The grand unveiling of the ‘Insight House’ saw the presence of Kenilworth and Southam MP, Jeremy Wright, along with local VIPs and, most importantly, 25 enthusiastic children from Lighthorne Heath Primary School. Together, they embarked on a journey to discover how modern homes can be designed to save energy and contribute to a greener planet.
Through a collaborative team effort, we produced a workbook with 30 thought-provoking questions, helping the young learners to leave the ‘Insight House’ with not just answers but a newfound awareness of their ability to make a difference.
The ‘Insight House’ isn’t just a one-time event; it’s an ongoing initiative that welcomes other schools, clubs, and societies to experience its wonders. As a marketing agency committed to creating impactful projects, we’re proud of the role we played in nurturing the next generation of eco-conscious individuals.
We firmly believe that education is a powerful tool for change, and the ‘Insight House’ is a testament to that belief. It’s not just a house; it’s a symbol of hope, learning, and a greener future that we’re excited to be a part of. Together with David Wilson Homes, we’re shaping a world where sustainability is not just a buzzword but a way of life.
