THE ROLE
We’re searching for a talented Account Director to join our growing team, who is passionate about getting the best results for our clients.
Working closely with senior leadership, this is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who likes to be both strategic and hands on in their work, and who enjoys working across a broad spectrum of marketing.
As an Account Director you’ll strategically lead a portfolio of clients who work within the property sector, bringing innovative thinking to the table to help promote our clients’ brands. You’ll be accomplished in leading day-to-day client relationships, regular meetings and working with the wider creative and digital team to implement effective marketing solutions which encompass the full marketing mix.
With the ability to focus on individual tasks while also seeing the bigger picture, you will have at least three to five years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a Marketing or PR agency or an inhouse equivalent.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
• Working closely with our housebuilder clients
• Providing direction and developing marketing strategies and activities to help promote our clients’ brands and to help generate leads
• Managing Account Managers and Account Executives on your portfolio of clients
• Working closely with our design studio to produce effective creative solutions
• Working with web developers and SEO/PPC team on digital strategy and implementation
• Liaising with external suppliers where necessary to effectively negotiate and purchase
services and media
• Organising and leading regular client meetings
• Monitoring marketing and reporting on its effectiveness and performance and providing
suggestions
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
• Three to five years’ plus experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
• Proven track record in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Above all you will need to be confident, highly motivated, driven and an excellent team player with the ability to keep everyone happy!

LOCATION
