PR that sits pretty on your public art

July 15th, 2016

Many of our property clients are bound by planning to provide public art at their developments.  Our PR team is therefore often on the case helping to make, what can be a huge expense even more valuable.  PR Account Executive Rosie Bambury recently visited client Compendium Living’s public art installation in Derby city centre.

This collection of steel chair sculptures range in size from 50cm to four metres and commemorate the trades and industries that historically operated in the area. The bases of the chairs incorporate tools from the various trades featured, including bookbinding, leather-working, iron founding and printing.

If your business is looking to commission  some public art or would like to investigate how a sculpture could enhance an area, benefit a community or just create a buzz, then get in touch!
