Barratt Safe as Houses with Unsworth Sugden
Leicester marketing and PR agency, Unsworth Sugden, is celebrating after being appointed to carry out public relations activities for a further two divisions of the Barratt Group, bringing its current number of accounts with the national housebuilder to five.
The De Montfort Street-based company has worked for the Barratt Group, Britain's best-known housebuilder, since 1996 and can now add the dual branded Barratt and David Wilson North Midlands, based in Nottingham and David Wilson South Midlands, based in Northampton, to its PR portfolio after recent successful pitches. Combined, the two new accounts bring a fee income in excess of £60k.
The Unsworth Sugden PR team now caters for Barratt Group developments across the Midlands, from Shrewsbury in the west to Cambridge in the east and from Worksop and Stoke in the north to Abingdon in the south. This is in addition to other PR clients which operate in the north east, the north west, the south west, the Home Counties, Hampshire and of course Leicestershire.
Hannah Elwell, Director of PR at Unsworth Sugden, will lead the new accounts alongside account executives, Bethan James and Ruth Davies. "We are delighted to have been appointed the PR agency for these two companies," she says.
