On Friday 3rd September, client Barratt East Midlands welcomed the Lord Mayor of Leicester, Councillor Colin Hall to the unveiling of a brand new collection of homes at its Freemens Meadow development. As the guest of honour, the Lord Mayor officially marked the VIP launch with a ribbon cutting ceremony which was followed by a champagne breakfast.

Managing Director Mark Wright, Lord Mayor Councillor Colin Hall, Regional MD Richard Brooke and Sales Manager Jan Rushton outside one of the new showhomes in the Aspirations collection.

The launch was not only a special event to introduce Leicester to a stunning range of new houses, collectively called ‘Aspirations’, but an ideal opportunity for Leicester VIPs to mingle and network whilst enjoying the canapes and the music of a string quartet.

In preparation for a ‘British’ themed family event this bank holiday weekend, the PR team went all out to source the best entertainment and catering for our client Barratt East Midlands.

Visitors to the Grange development this Saturday will be treated to donkey rides, an authentic Punch and Judy show and complimentary ice-cream and fish and chips! We even had Barratt branded sticks of rock made as a memento for visitors on the day.

Lets hope the rain stays away. Unfortunately sunshine is probably the only thing we can’t guarentee.

We’re good but we’re not that good!
