Getting the Perfect Shot

Posted by Hannah Elwell
March 26th, 2010

Getting the perfect shot is not just a case of good luck… we work closely with our photographer Toby Savage to ensure clients get the very best images possible.

Take for instance Zest, a Barratt Mercia development in Coventry. The crescent of family homes at this development all faced north, so in order to capture the homes bathed in spring sunshine in front of a perfectly clear blue sky, Toby had to be on site really early in the morning and wait for just the right moment before the light moved to a different position.

And what a result! The pefect shot…

Cows Moo-ving to New Home

A pair of life sized model cows having been looking for a new home as client, David Wilson Mercia’s new homes development in Banbury draws near to completion.

The project, which is named Moo-ve, is being built on the town’s former cattle market.  The pair of cows were named Daisy and Grace by a local primary school and have stood proud outside the development’s marketing suite.

Anyone watching BBC Breakfast whilst tucking into their cereal last Wednesday morning may have spotted a feature on client Ad Hoc.

If you missed it, then not to worry as you can view it HERE.

This excellent coverage came as a result of a recent piece about property guardians in The Observer, which was secured by the Unsworth Sugden PR team.

To find out more information about property guardians, including how to apply for accommodation, please visit www.adhoc.eu.
